We want you to love your Alex Mill pieces, but if something isn't quite right, we accept returns and exchanges on unworn, unwashed items within 30 days of delivery. All original tags must be attached to qualify for a full refund to your original payment method.
Start Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Print Your Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by the portal and secure it to the outside of your original packaging.
Drop Off Package
Hand your return package to the designated carrier or drop it off at any official collection point to begin the transit process.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects and approves your return, please allow 5-10 business days for the credit to appear on your bank statement.
